What is check in/check out time?

Do you offer early check in?
Yes, based off hotel availability. Feel free to reach out to us at info@Arcadianhotel.com, and we would be happy to add that request to your reservation.
Is there an Incidental authorization upon check-in?
$50/day authorization. Regardless of your booking method, all guests must provide a valid credit card for incidentals upon check-in.
Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
Our property is a smoke-free hotel, therefore smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms, only in designated smoking areas outside of the hotel. A $250 deep cleaning fee will be assessed should this not be adhered to.
Is there a minimum age for check-in?
Yes, 21 years old.
Do you offer wireless internet in the hotel and guest rooms?
Yes, wireless internet is included in our daily facility fee charge of $30, not including taxes, per day.
Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
No room service.
What is the requirement to check in to the room?
Our hotel guests are required to have a valid ID and a credit card with matching names at check in.
Can I check in with my debit card?
Yes, a valid debit card can be used at check-in. Please note: a hold will be placed on the card for the full amount of the stay, plus $50 a day for incidentals. It can take your bank 7 to 10 business days to return the funds to the account after you check out. If you present a debit card, please plan accordingly.

Do you provide any meals?
We offer complimentary continental breakfast from 7-10am in our lobby. This is included in our daily facility fee
Do you have fridges/microwaves/coffee makers in the rooms?
We offer fridges and coffee makers in the room at no charge. We offer complimentary coffee as well as a microwave in our lobby.
Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed, with the exception of registered service animals
Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Our fitness center can be accessed 24 hours/day. Equipment available includes: three treadmills, three stationary bikes, elliptical machine, multi-functional trainer, free weight station, medicine balls and yoga mats.
Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs? Is there a charge?
We do not have rollaway beds. Cribs are available at no charge based on availability.
Are you close to public transportation?
Yes, the Boston subway system, the T, runs directly in front of our hotel. We are directly on the C branch of the Green Line; Saint Paul Street is the closest station. Please see our City Explorer offer that includes MTBA passes per stay.
Do you provide parking?
Yes, we have an underground garage available for guests for $45 per night. There is a height clearance of 6’10” with complimentary in and out privileges. Please see our Park and Play offer that includes nightly parking during your stay.
